Plea against LHC verdict moved in SC
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER June 28, 2008 LAHORE- A petition has been moved in the Supreme Court of Pakistan praying for a declaration against the full bench, which disqualified PML -N Quaid Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on June 23 from contesting the by-polls from NA-123, Lahore.
The petitioner, Wali Muhammad Khan, through advocate AK Dogar has argued the points to establish that the LHC Bench, which disqualified Nawaz Sharif suffered from 'judicial paralysis caused by bias.'
