England wins toss, bat vs Australia in CT semi-final

England captain Andrew Strauss won the toss and chose to bat first in the first semifinal of the ICC Champions Trophy against Australia on Friday. Australia recently defeated England 6-1 in a head-to-head series in Britain, but Strauss' side has performed well in South Africa.
