Windies women tour of Pakistan cancelled
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER October 3, 2008 LAHORE - West Indies women's tour of Pakistan has been cancelled due to the unrest and violent situation in the country.
The West Indies women were due to travel to Pakistan and Sri Lanka, however Windies women squad now will only travel to Sri Lanka.
Pakistan Cricket Board's spokesman Mansoor Suhail was quoted by a cricket website, "The decision of cancellation would be the mutual, however, the PCB got nothing official from the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) regarding calling their tour off."
