PCB chief rejects list of probables

LAHORE - PCB chairman Ijaz Butt has rejected the probable list of Pakistan A team players finalised by the
selection committee.
In a high level meeting here at the Gaddafi Stadium, he directed chief selector that the list have ignored some of
the talented players called for the practice matches and overage players have been preferred for selection.
That objection followed another list of probable players which was sent to the PCB chairman, who in turn
rejected that list also saying that at this point in time calling these players for trials or practice matches would not
only be the waste of time but money also. The reason being that only one day has been left in the final
announcement of the team for the Australian tour.
