Dr Tanvir Ahmed, Pakistan team physiotherapist said: "We are recognised by Pakistan Cricket Board and get all benefits. The tournaments are also organised and financially supported by PCB. But I feel sad for Indian team. BCCI, being richest cricket board, should recognise and adopt Indian deaf team too."

"Though players cannot hear or speak but they can bat and bowl very well. I think cricket does not require what they lack, but it requires what they possess, that is talent."

Passi, interpreter for Punjab Deaf Cricket Federation said players need some facilities and encouragement from BCCI.'' Happy's father Paddam Passi who founded Federation few years ago (himself deaf and dumb), said they wrote many a time to BCCI, but not received any response so far.
