Pakistan cricket team flies to Canada
By OUR STAFF REPORTER October 9, 2008 LAHORE - The 15-member Pakistan team left for Canada on a foreign airline on early Thursday morning with a hope of making up the lost time without serious cricket.
Pakistan team have been missing the international cricket since they played the Asia Cup in June-July and the postponement of a number of local series especially the Champions Trophy has left the country's cricket in a desperate situation. In between that desperation, they found an opening for a Toronto Quadrangular Series beginning from today also involving Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Canada.
