LAHORE - Pakistan's IPL players will be represented by their spokesperson to settle their case with their franchise owner for their dues.
Some of the players who were to travel upon return from their UAE tour, have now sidelined their visit to meet their franchises as the camp has now been rescheduled to start from May 13 for the next month's World T20.
Instead of them, now their agents will continue the visit to South Africa on the player's behalf, which are in London currently to meet the FICA President 'Tim May'.
Shoaib Malik (player of Delhi Daredevils ) and Salman Butt (Kolkata Knight Riders) have both quoted 'our priority is always to serve our country Pakistan', as much as the fact remains that all of us who have suffered at various decisions and are out of pocket financially, we have again asked our agents to continue dealing with this matter on our behalf.
"We hope that the IPL and our franchises are fair towards us players, stated Shoaib Malik from Sialkot on the phone," they said in a statement.
