Mali inspects Pindi Stadium

ISLAMABAD - President International Cricket Council (ICC) Ray Mali said that he was fully satisfied with the security arrangements for ICC Champions Trophy, which will be held at Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi in September this year.

He was talking to reporter after visiting third venue of ICC Champions Trophy Rawalpindi on Wednesday and added that he would convince all the cricketing nations to participate in the prestigious international cricket showpiece according to its schedule in Pakistan.

Earlier, he attended a top level meeting with the high ups of Ministry of Interior and he was briefed about the security measures, which would be taken during the ICC Champions Trophy. The also meeting attended by Secretary Interior Syed KAmal Shah and Chairman PCB Nasim Ashraf.
