LAHORE - The Pakistan Cricket Board has moved an application in the Lahore High Court seeking interpretation of its July 4th order wherein the court had suspended 18 months ban on Shoaib Akhtar while fine of Rs. 7 million was kept intact.

Tafazzal Rizvi, PCB's legal advisor, told The Nation that the application has been filed after cricketer Shoaib Akthar refused to pay fine on the plea that his case is pending in the LHC and he would only pay the fine in case the final decision of the court goes against him.
