Asian Bradman gets Lord's honour
By BIPIN DANI August 22, 2008 MUMBAI - For well over a century, the Lord's Tavern has provided cricket-lovers with a haven for celebration or reflection. Former Pakistani batsman Zaheer Abbas will be honoured at Lord's on September 1.
In the history of game there are more than two dozen cricketers (25 to be precise) who have scored 100 centuries in first class cricket. India's little masters Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar don't figure in this list.
