Saeed Anwar Jr stuns hosts Federal Areas

ISLAMABAD - Balochistan's Saeed Anwar Junior (130) stunned hosts Federal Areas in the Pentangular Cricket Cup match by two wickets at Diamond cricket ground here on Friday.
Balochistan needed 245 runs on the final day (Saturday) of the match and they had seven wickets intact.
The top pacers of the country Sohail Tanvir, Rao Iftikhar, Yasir Arfat and Yasir Ali were optimistic to overcome the rest of tourist batsmen on the fourth day of the game.
A massive ton from Saeed Anwar turned the table by hitting strokes all round the ground bravely. Saeed Bin Nasir also supported him well with an excellent innings of 58 runs, as both the batsmen collected 121 for fourth wicket.
Saeed hit 20 boundaries and faced 256 balls during his 361 minutes innings. Usman hit 10 boundaries and faced 83 delivers and wasted 159 minutes at the pitch.
Bilal Khilji contributed 35 while Kamran Hussain 20 runs in their team's come back against the top bowlers of the world. Azhar (9) and Abdul Rauf (2) remained not out. Federal Areas team conceded 42 extra scores that helped Balochistan to snatch a win.
Balochistan will meet Peshawar in the final of Pentangular Cricket Cup at Lahore, which will be started from November 24 at Gaddafi Stadium.
Sohail Tanvir and Rao Iftikhar claimed three wickets each for Federal Areas, as Sohail gave 124 runs in his 30.4 overs and Rao conceded 69 runs in 25 overs. While Yasir Arfat and Yasir Ali chipped in each one wicket by conceding 102 and 72 runs respectively.
