Pakistan to play tri-series in South Africa
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 29, 2008 LAHORE - The Pakistan Cricket Board's efforts to make up for the postponement of Champions Trophy bore fruit as it has managed to rope in Sri Lanka for a triangular one-day series in South Africa scheduled to start by the second week of September.
A report in an India media quoted sources that Sri Lanka has given its consent to play in the tri-series while India has expressed its inability to be involved in a one-day tournament.
