Yousuf to appear before Mumbai court in October
Source: OUR STAFF REPORTER August 30, 2008 LAHORE - Star Pakistan batsman Mohammad Yousuf has been asked to appear before Mumbai Court of Arbitration in the last week of October to fight his case of not honouring his contract with the Indian Cricket League (ICL), his lawyer Tafazzul Rizvi was quoted by an Indian website.
"The court of Justice BP Saraf has asked Yousuf to appear before the Court of Arbitration after we cross-questioned two ICL officials on Mohammad Yousuf's case last week," Rizvi said.
