LAHORE - National Industrial Parks Development & Management Company (NIP) would establish seven more industrial estates in Punjab for the sake of promotion of trade and industrial activities.
In Rachna Industrial Park, the plots being offered are in the sizes of 1,2,4,8 kanals respectively with high quality infrastructure and all basic amenities required for an Industrial Park are being provided at RIP. These include: rigid roads, drainage and sewerage, gas lines, water, logistic solutions.
This was stated by Chief Executive NIP Mohsin Syed while giving briefing to LCCI members on 178 acre Rachna Industrial Park on Lahore-Sheikhupura Road. He said that the Rachna Industrial Park would have one Stop Solution for Utilities while it would Environment Compliance. A foolproof security system has also been evolved to ensure round-the-clock security.
The LCCI Vice President Mian Abuzar Shad said that the prices of the plots in the Industrial Park should be rationalised in the larger interests of the economy and keeping in view the ground realities.
He also urged the Chief Executive of the industrial Park to take the presidents of Chambers of Commerce on the Board of Industrial estates as they are the real representatives of the business community.
