AZERBAIJAN : The instability in Afghanistan and Pakistan may complicate the implementation of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project, Russian National Energy Institute’s Sergey Pravosudov told Trend. On Wednesday, Turkmenistan signed the TAPI natural gas sales and purchase agreement.
