SCARLETT Johansson has reiterated her interest in starring in her own Marvel film.

The actress, who played Black Widow in Iron Man 2 and The Avengers, revealed that she believes the character's origin story would make a great film.
"I love her origin story. I think it's just such a riveting one," Johansson told.
"It's just steeped in history and the richness to shoot in Russia, perhaps," she explained.
"I hope that the fans' voice is loud enough and they want to see a Widow origin story, I know Marvel would be happy to entertain that. We've spoken a lot about it," she added.
Johansson received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday (May 2). The actress previously said that she wants a Black Widow spinoff in the vein of the Bourne films.              –DS
