RIHANNA has sparked health fears after pulling out of a UK trip. The 24-year-old singer had been due to fly into London yesterday (06.06.12) to film a TV special at the beginning of a 10-week stay but the star has suddenly cancelled all her British commitments, prompting speculation she has been partying too hard.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ‘’She cancelled her trip and all work commitments in the UK at the very last minute, which is very unlike her.
‘’She has been hitting it hard for months. She smokes, drinks and parties hard on top of work commitments.’’ The ‘What’s My Name’ hitmaker’s management cited ‘’sickness’’ for her axing of the TV show.
It is not yet clear whether her performances at the Hackney Weekend and Wireless festivals in London will be affected.
Rihanna herself hasn’t commented on her cancelled trip, but posted a cryptic message on twitter yesterday (06.06.12).
It read: ‘’Keep your eyes on the finish line and not on the turmoil around you #thinkahead (sic)’’
The ‘We Found Love’ star was rushed to hospital suffering with ‘’exhaustion and dehydration’’ last month. She tweeted a picture of herself attached to a drip in a hospital after reportedly spending the night partying at the Met Gala in New York.
However, after a brief stay in the undisclosed medical centre, she was discharged and allowed to fly back to her home in Los Angeles.She was still smiley and cheerful though and even accepted a drawing off an artist who happened to be in the coffee shop at the time. She also still had on her hideously scary nails, but that’s by the by. (Unless they’ve somehow made her ill which would be a kind of new medical discovery that we would take full credit for.)      –Agencies
Rihanna is always very vocal about how much she loves London and is famous for travelling everywhere on the tube like us normal plebs.
Everyone’s a little worried as Rihanna has been hospitalised with exhaustion a couple of times in recent years - and both times she’s tweeted pictures of herself hooked up to a drip.
She’s kept quiet on Twitter about this though, only tweeting yesterday “Keep your eyes on the finish line and not on the turmoil around you #thinkahead” which, if we were feeling philosophical and analytical, we would say might be a message about how she’s concentrating on her health and looking ahead and therefore not going to go to the UK? Or it could just be one of those rent-a-quotes that every celebs bang up on Twitter now and then.ES
