CALIFORNIA (ES)Lindsay Lohan headed straight back to work after being involved in a car accident. The actress was released from hospital on the same afternoon she was admitted (08.06.12), after her vehicle plough into the back of an 18-wheel truck. A representative says she was brought to Santa Monica UCLA hospital only as a precaution and she had no serious injuries. Lindsay’s assistant - who was travelling in the passenger seats and went to hospital separately from the star - also has been declared physically fine.
