BEIJING - Hollywood film studio Dreamworks Animation plans to set up a joint venture with three Chinese companies to operate a studio in Shanghai, state media said Friday. The joint venture, which will have a registered capital of more than $100 million, will be announced “soon”, the official Xinhua news agency said, citing unidentified sources with one of the Chinese companies involved in the deal.
