ISLAMABAD  - Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear dual nationality case and NICL land corruption case during next week.
The Supreme Court on Saturday issued roster for hearing of the multiple case, including dual nationality case, contempt of court case against Senator Babar Awan, NICL land corruption case, Ephedrine quota case and some others cases of important nature for the period July 02-06.  According to the roster, total five benches of the SC, including three benches in Islamabad, two benches in Karachi and Lahore will take up several cases in next week. Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad, Chaudhry Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif will hear Dual Nationality case and NICL land corruption case in Bench No 1 of the SC on July 02 and 03 respectively while on July 04 the same bench will take up cases, including, issuance of license for   exploration of mineral in Rickodick, withdrawal of FIR in Ephedrine quota case. Meanwhile, Justice Nasirul Mulk and Justice Asif Syed Khosa will hear the case pertaining to the appointment of judges in banking court in the SC bench No 2.
Contempt of court case against Senator Babar Awan will be heard by Justice Ejaz Afzal and Justice Athar Syed in Bench No 3 on July 02.
