RAWALPINDI – Excise and Taxation Authority has sealed the property of 33 tax defaulters in different areas of the city during the operation against the tax defaulters in Rawalpindi.
According to details, Director Excise Rawalpindi region, Chaudhry Sohail Arshad directed to the property tax officer Sheikh Tahir Mansoor to launch operation against the tax defaulters.
He launched an operation in areas of F, E block, Satellite town, Gulshan Dadn, and Faizabad along with ETOs, Chaudhry Hanif, Sohail Sabir, Nasir Butt, and Excise Inspector Riaz work and Gul Sher and sealed the property of 33 tax defaulters who did not pay their tax of with cost of 40 lac, while during the operation 18 properties were de-sealed after the recovery of tax worth of 24 lac rupees from tax defaulters at the spot.
