er Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan Ali Hussain Qazalbash has regretted form being a member of Judicial Commission to be constituted under 18th Constitutional Amendment, report said Tuesday. In his letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry today, he expressed his regret for joining the body entitled to appoint judges for superior judiciary on the ground of his illness. In the letter, he stated that Though, I am thankful to Chief Justice of Pakistan for nominating me for a significant responsibility, but hereby I excuse for assuming the office as Im a heart patient and want to get rest due to my illness.
