CDA asked to issue NOC to Accurate Builders

MABAD - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued orders to the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to issue NOC to Accurate Builders for Gulshan-e-Rehman Housing Scheme in Zone 5 of the federal capital.
The court has also ordered the Authority to communicate decision in the said regard to the court. The CDA had refused to give NOC for the said housing scheme on the plea that the proposed site of the scheme fell in the Buffer Zone declared by the Ministry of Defence.
However, Brig Nusratullah, the then Member Planning, CDA had admitted before the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Planning and Development on December 19, 2006, that the Authority had no objection over the scheme as the issue of buffer zone had been resolved with the Ministry of Defence, said Syed Muhammad Bayazid, Director Marketing, Accurate Builders.
