The chief of Jamat-ud-Dawa Hafiz Saeed Ahmad on Wednesday said that US and India both were involved in creating unrest in Balochistan and asked the elected rulers to solve the issue of Balochistan on war footing basis. Talking to reporters, Hafiz Saeed said that when Musharraf usurped the seat of power at that time he told him that his actions were against Quran and Islam, adding that situation of the country is worse during the current democratic government rule than that of the dictator’s government. He said that Pakistan would face challenges until the presence of US in the region and said that time has come to force the US to withdraw form the region which is the only solution of problems in the region. He lamented that in the presence of elected government some of the important national issues are dealt secretly by neglecting the parliament, adding that US and India are involved in sectarian violence in Gilgit-Baltistan and Balochistan. He said that US wants to control the Gawadar port in order to control the Central Asian countries, adding that government should solve the issue of Balochistan on priority basis instead of delaying it anymore. He urged the government to work for strengthening of the country’s defence and also urged to cancel all the trade agreements with India because India is conspiring to sabotage the business centers of Pakistan. Expressing solidarity with the Rohingya Muslims of Burma, he urged the nation to protest for the rights of the Burmese Muslims and also criticized the international community’s silence over the issue of Burmese Muslims.
