ISLAMABAD  - Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted five benches including a larger bench at thJustice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed second bench consist of Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed while the third bench comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan.The Larger bench comprises Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad chaudhry, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk,Justice Jawwad S Khawaja,Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Amir Hani Muslim,Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan,Justice Gulzar Ahmed,Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and Justice Sh.Azmat Saeed.The Chief Justice also constituted a special Shariat appellate bench comprising Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Dr.Muhammad Al-Ghazali and Justice Dr.Muhammad Khalid Masood.According to cause lists, no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the Court.If the counsel is unableto appear for any reason, the Advocate-on-Record will be required to argue the case.Besides, no adjournment on any ground will be granted.
