RAWALPINDI  – Residents of Shally Valley have expressed annoyance over the increasing crime rate in the area and demanded frequent police patrolling besides establishing a police post.
The residents said that snatching of mobile phones, cars and motorbikes, and eve teasing were on the rise in the area but the authorities concerned were not paying attention to control the situation. They further said that fear of thieves and dacoits overwhelmed them every day with the sunset.
The residents demanded of the higher authorities of police to set a permanent police post in the area to control the crimes.
