Wheelchairs donated to special persons



ISLAMABAD – Millions of Pakistani children are still denied the simple joys of childhood and donated wheelchairs will be very helpful for these special children.
Joint Secretary of Capital Administration and Development Division Mustafain Qazmi said this who was the chief guest at a ceremony held at the National Institute of Special Education wherein 40 wheel chairs were donated to the special children. Director General Special Education Ghayur Sultana, a lawyer, Qaiser Butt and consultant Umair Hassan was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Mustafain Qazmi said that this effort is commendable and wheel chairs will be very helpful for special childrens. Children’s who are physically handicapped are very important part of society so they should be deal with great care. Founder of Payaam Trust, Basit Subhani was also present during the distribution of wheel chairs to paralysed children, which were donated by the Payaam Trust..
