RAWALPINDI - Teachers of Rawalpindi district have expressed their annoyance over the transfer orders of 68 male and female teachers despite ban on recruitments and transfers in government institutions, imposed by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). According to the notification issued by the Education Department, 68 male and female teachers have been transferred to schools far away of their home town.

Moreover, they said, it was beyond any rationale the department order the transfers despite ban imposed by the ECP. The teachers demanded of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif and high-ups of Education Department to revoke the transfer orders.
