ISLAMABAD  - Residents have voiced protest against touts’ rule in district court Islamabad, saying these touts are plundering innocent people through deceitful tactics.
“The whole daylong, these touts remain active to entrap the innocent people who come to the courts in connection with their cases,” an applicant from a suburban area of the federal capital.
The citizens said that these touts entrapped them through glib talks and help them seek bail on forged papers.
They have fixed their rates running into thousands of rupees, they added. Due to their forgeries the clients have to suffer heavily when their forgery is detected later.

The social and political circles have demanded stern action against these touts to put to end their plundering.
