Supr eme Court has dismissed the petition praying to make the presidential pardon documents part of record in the case of an appeal against the plane hijacking conspiracy case. The government in a guarded move has taken out Sindh Advocate General, Yusuf Laghari from pleading this case. Supreme Court five-member bench headed by Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani this morning resumed hearing of the plane conspiracy case, when Nawaz Sharifs attorney, Khawaja Haris completed his arguments. During the hearing Justice Tasadduq Hussain Jilani reprimanding Sindh Advocate General on submission of documents relating to the pardon of Nawaz Sharifs punishment, said that the court had not given any directive for the submission of these documents and the courts statement was given wrong meaning. Sindh Advocate General Yusus Laghari told the court that the government of Sindh has put him aside from any further pursuing of this case. The court, thereafter, adjourned further hearing of this case until Tuesday.
