Parents protest school fee hike

RAWALPINDI – Parents of the students of Divisional Public School (DPS) on Thursday protested the increase in the school fee and gave the deadline of today (Friday) to reverse the decision of fee increase.

Holding a protest demonstration in front of DPS Shamsabad, Farooq-e-Azam Road, the parents said that if the decision of hike in the fee was not revered till today (Friday), the protests would be expanded and the students would also join their parents in the demonstrations.
The parents were holding banners and placards having slogans in favour of their demands. Later, the parents said that the hike in fee would not be tolerated at any cost and the district administration will have to take the decision beck.
The parents said that the students, along with them, also appeal to the chief minister Punjab not to deprive them of their right to higher education.
