ISLAMABAD - Capital Development Authority has not developed sector E-12 such that 24 years have passed since promulgation of the sector. Moreover, thousands of owners of the plots are frustrated and are still waiting to be given the rights of ownership. Former premier Yusuf Raza Gilani, during his tenure, had directed CDA to develop the sector but no avail.
