Gilani, COAS leave for Saudi Arabia to attend Prince Nayef's funeral

Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani left here Sunday for Saudi Arabia to attend the funeral prayers of Saudi Crown Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz al Saud.

Prior his departure the Prime Minister while talking to media at the Chaklala airbase said that he will condole with Saudi King Abdullah, and the family of the deceased on this sad demise. He said the late Cown Prince had made  tremendous contributions for enhancing the relationship between the two countries and it is not of today but since many many years ago. He said we can not forget his contributions.
The prime minister was accompanied by Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Khursheed Shah.
