Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Yasin Azad on Wednesday said that the army chief and DG ISI did not follow the right procedure for filing their replies in the Supreme Court. Speaking to media representatives, Azad said that army was subordinate to the prime minister under the constitution.
