RAWALPINDI – A meeting of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was held at City Police Officer (CPO) office on Thursday to review the cases of missing persons.
The meeting was attended by CPO Azhar Hameed Khokher, SPs, DSPs, SHOs of various police stations, officials from CID Punjab and officials of intelligence agencies.
The heirs of the missing persons, who came from various parts of Rawalpindi Division, while holding the portraits of their beloved ones were also present at the premises of CPO Office.  During the meeting, the officials reviewed the development occurred in missing persons case so far.
On the other hand, the heirs of missing persons remained sitting under the open sky to hear any news about the whereabouts of their beloved ones got missing.

However, they were not updated by CPO or his staff about the development made during the meeting.
