Judicial commission to probe into Bhoja tragedy: PM

To avoid controversies seen after Air Blue crash probe report, Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani Saturday announced judicial commission to investigate Bhoja air tragedy.

Taking to media persons during his visit to PIMS hospital here in Islamabad, the prime minister said to ensure for a proper investigation and to satisfy public, judicial commission would  investigate into the Friday air crash.
“I announce judicial commission to probe into Bhoja incident and we must not jump to conclusions before a proper investigation,” Gilani said.
He informed the media that 159 bags consisting of bodies parts were brought to PIMS and 72 bodies have been identified in which 62 were handed over to their relatives added that remaining bodies would be identified by DAN procedure.
The prime minister appreciated rescue teams efforts saying that the way rescuers had performed their duties were adorable.
He said whole nation was feeling grief for the people who have lost their loved ones in this tragedy.
To a query, Gilani said it was airlines responsibilities to provide compensations to victim’s families and the government would assure the procedure.
