The candidate of the PML-N for the post of Prime Minister Sardar Mehtab Abbasi outlined his three point agenda. Speaking to the media outside Parliament, Abbasi said if elected he would implement the orders of the Supreme Court, eliminate loadshedding and hold general elections as soon as possible. Abbasi added that the country was ready for general elections. When asked about drone strikes, Abbasi replied that if the government of Pakistan tasked for them to be ended, they would be stopped. “Drone strikes are an attack on the sovereignty of Pakistan,” he said.
