RAWALPINDI - The Police in its ongoing drive against anti-social  elements have arrested 13 accused for their alleged involvement in carrying illegal weapons, drugs and liquor from different localities of the district while five suspected dacoits have also been apprehended.
Police recovered 265 grams charras, 21 bottles of liquor, five pistols 30 bore with 16 rounds, one pistol 32 bore with three rounds, one rifle 12 bore with 60 rounds,and one dagger from the possession of the accused.
Meanwhile Taxila police on a tip-off raided in ‘Mohra Shah Wali Shah’ area and arrested five suspected dacoits identified as Ajmal, Mirza Khan, Muhammad Fauji, Umar and Muhammad Khan who were allegedly hiding there with intention of robbery.
Police recovered three pistols 30 bore with nine rounds and one dagger from possession of the accused.
