Dr Arsalan Iftikhar Chaudhry, Ahmad Salman and Ahmed Khalil on Monday did not appear before the joint investigation team (JIT) formed by the national accountability bureau (NAB) regarding probe into the Arsalan graft case for recording of statements.
Notice has also been issued to Dr Faqir Hussain, Registrar Supreme Court, for personal appearance on Wednesday, July 25.
It may be mentioned that Salman Ahmed, son in law of Malik Riaz Hussain, and Ahmed Khalil who were summoned by the JIT for Monday also did not show up.
