Fumigation in Rawal Town to complete by May-end

RAWALPINDI - The City District Government Rawalpindi conducted fumigation in five other union councils of Rawal Town in second phase.

EDO (Health) Zaffar Iqbal Gondal said that on the directives of District Coordination Officer (DCO), Saqib Zaffar, fumigation was conducted in 29 sensitive union councils in the first phase, adding that the same was done in five other union councils in the second phase.
Zaffar Iqbal said that total 34 union councils of Rawal Town have been made invulnerable besides larvicide’s drive underway in the city.
He said fumigation in remaining 12 union councils would be completed by the end of this month.
