ITP set to facilitate commuters near cattle market

ISLAMABAD – Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have made special deployment at cattle market in sector I-11 to ensure smooth flow of traffic and avoid any inconvenience to road users.
According to a press note issued from office of SSP ITP, following the special directions from IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan, Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Dr Moeen Masood has devised this special plan for the convenience of citizens, visiting the cattle market to buy sacrificial animals.
A total of 61 policemen have been deputed around this market and this contingent of traffic police will be supervised by DSP Industrial Area Traffic Circle, Liaqat Langah. A total of two Inspectors, 33 upper subordinates, 13 lady constables, 12 lower subordinates will perform their duties in various shifts round the clock to ensure smooth flow of traffic.  It is to mention that duties have been made in three shifts while SSP (Traffic) Dr. Moeen Masood and SP (Traffic) Khalid Rasheed will supervise these duties and conduct checking from time to time.
These cops will mainly perform duties at Metro Chowk West, Metro Chowk East, I-11 T Cross, Godown chowk, Nescom Hospital Chowk, Chand Kanta T Cross, I-10 Service Road, I-11 East West Central T Cross.
