Govt, agencies exploiting ‘sectarian element’: Fazl

Jamiat Ulema-I-Islam-Fazl chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has claimed that the government and its secret agencies incite already ‘existing sectarian element’ in the society.

He said how come peace could be destroyed in a country with out backing of a ‘small group’ by state organs.
Speaking to media after a meeting with veteran lawyer SM Zafar, he said that Pakistan was facing terrorism, adding all that was being carried out under an international agenda.
He stressed the need for harmony within all sects.
Fazl said JUI-F would fight tooth and nail against those working on a foreign agenda in the next elections.
"JUI has been waging a struggle to protect the Constitution and so far we have been successful," he claimed.
Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said JUI-F did not believe in the politics of disintegration rather it intended to take along all the sections of society.
"We will win big in the next general elections and then transform the country into a genuine Islamic state," the JUI-F Chief maintained.
