Former Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Senator Aitezaz Ahsan said he could not prepare for the contempt case against Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani owing to his ailment. Talking to a private television channel at his residence before leaving for the Supreme Court (SC), the PM Gilani's counsel Ahsan said he will pray to the court for next date of hearing of the contempt case. Article-10 of the Constitution, Aitezaz noted, is applicable only on the one who takes notice of contempt of court and no one else, adding if it applies so, then every session and district judge will be ineligible.
