ISLAMABAD - Light rain followed by cool breeze lowered the temperature in the federal capital providing an opportunity to the citizens troubled by the long hours of power outages to take a sigh of relief. According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) different areas of Islamabad received drizzle on Saturday morning. Cold wind after the light rain made the weather further pleasant.
