RAWALPINDI  - DCO Abdul Waheed Babar has issued notices against encroachers in Food Street.
On the direction of DCO Rawalpindi Saqib Zafar, Abdul Waheed started drive against encroachers established outside the hotels and shops near cricket stadium and issued notices against leaseholders encroaching shades and canopy.
He also gave special direction to encroachers that they should immediately remove all encroachments outside the shops and hotels otherwise strict action would be taken against them. District sports officer Abdul Waheed Babar claimed that the city district govt would launch development project in Food Street.
 while new sewerage pipeline and new track for pedestrians would be established.
He also claimed that the green area and parking should be vast for public while due to which the masses would get some relief and the hotels owners would also get benefits in their own business.
