ISLAMABAD - The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has established a helpline at its Attestation and Accreditation Division to provide information, guidance and respond queries regarding degrees attestation and equivalence matters. The helpline number is 051-90400999, which will provide services between 9 am to 3 pm with 1 pm to 2 pm break on each working day. Asif Iqbal is the focal person/desk in-charge in this regard.
