AJP leadership started campaign on July 21 from Matiyari and covered small and big towns, shops, contacted people on streets, roads, chowks and small bus stops. They covered 12 districts including Matiyari, Nawab Shah, Naushahro Feroze, Khairpur, Sukkur, Shikarpur, Kandah Kot, Jacobabad, Larkana, Qambar, Dadu and Jamshoro.
Talking about his party’s initiative, AJP President Abrar Kazi said that that looking at the recent history of South East Asia, we can feel that no nation can progress in our times of high competition, unless its work force is educated and skilled. He said Sindh could progress and prosper unless its young people become educated and skilled. Abrar Kazi further said that education at primary, college and university level has deteriorated in Sindh. It is the duty of the government to give vital service to the people but PPP rather than looking after the most important sector of the national development has in fact been major instrument of this decline.
, the AJP president said and added that the people of Sindh have been voting for this party for last 40 years. He alleged that the PPP leadership was indulged in money making.
In the next phase, the mass contact camping to create awareness about education in remaining districts will be covered, AJP president said. A committee comprising AJP leaders including its central leader Wishno Mal, Nazeer Qureshi, Hussain Bux Narejo, Mukhiyar Khaskheli, Noor Nabi Rahojo, Hareef Chandio, Karam Wassan, Hakeem Zangejo, Taj Jakhrani and others was already on tour of the districts.
The AJP has appealed to all the citizens, political parties and various groups and associations to use whatever platform available for them to raise this issue for the betterment of the Sindhi people and the nation.
