A two-year-old child was diagnosed with polio in Bin Qasim Town, sources said. This is the first polio case of the year 2013 in the country. They added that parents had refused to administer anti-polio vaccine to the affected child. It is to be noted here that few months back, anti-polio workers were killed in Karachi.
