Pakistan can’t bear the brunt of further partnership with US: Hafiz Saeed

Ameer Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has said that Pakistan’s decision of strategic partnership with US was wrong and most of the ills today the country is facing are its outcome.

Addressing a convention of Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) leaders, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed blamed that sitting leadership is limited to its political interest and they have nothing to do with the country’s stability and sovereignty.
Politicians were relying only on issuing statements to protect personal and party interests, he added.
He said that Pakistan already suffered a lot due to taking part in the US so-called war on terror and it cannot afford more damages.
Hafiz Saeed said that DPC would resist any step by government regarding reopening of the NATO supply.
Maulana Samiul Haq, Asad Ullah Bhutto and other leaders of DPC who also addressed the convention said that they would stand firm on their stance.
