KARACHI - An alleged bandit was gunned down by the firing of his accomplices in Chakra Goth in Zaman Town Police precincts.
The identity of the victim was yet to be ascertained. The incident took place at Chakra Goth, Korangi where a man was trying to escape after committing a crime, when at least two armed men came and opened fire on him. SHO Dilawar Jokhio said that deceased had committed crime with his accomplice where other bandits reached. The victim was trying to escape from the scene when a group of other bandits chased him and in Chakra Goth, they killed him.

The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medicolegal formalities. SHO said that victim appears to be Bengali. Police shifted the body to morgue for identification.
